Grand Nation Care Center is dedicated to serving the Jay, OK community by providing essential emergency resources to those in need. Our Emergency Food Pantry offers critical food assistance when other resources have been exhausted, ensuring that families have access to nutritious meals. In addition to food support, we provide rental assistance, motel vouchers, and utility assistance to help stabilize households during challenging times. We also offer employment resources to aid individuals in their journey towards self-sufficiency.
