ADvantage, located in Marlow, OK, is dedicated to enhancing the independence and quality of life for older adults and individuals with disabilities through our Home and Community Based Waiver program. Our mission is to ensure that eligible adults have alternatives to nursing facility placements, allowing them to remain in the comfort of their homes, surrounded by family and friends. We provide a wide array of essential services, including personalized case management, personal care assistance, skilled nursing, home-delivered meals, and access to specialized medical equipment and supplies. Additionally, we facilitate prescription medications, home modifications, assisted living, adult day health programs, and hospice care to meet the diverse needs of our community. Applicants can easily complete their applications online, and for those who require assistance, we offer telephone application support through the Medicaid Services Unit.
