The Meal Support Program in McAlester, OK, offers a compassionate and supportive environment for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. With live, facilitated virtual group meal sessions held four times daily, our program provides essential meal support that emphasizes nutrition and community. Participants are encouraged to join at their convenience, engaging with others who understand their journey while being guided by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator. We aim to create a safe space where individuals can share meals and experiences, helping each other on the path to healing.
