At the Vinita Health Center in Miami, OK, we are dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of the Cherokee Nation community through a comprehensive range of medical, dental, and wellness services. As part of a robust network operated by the Cherokee Nation, our center stands out as the second largest facility, proudly offering unique services such as an on-site Wellness Workout Center and advanced Dexa Scanning. We focus on delivering quality health care, including pediatrics, behavioral health, public health nursing, nutrition services, dental care, and more, all aimed at empowering families and individuals to achieve optimal health. Our commitment extends to ensuring that everyone in our service area has access to essential health resources while promoting disease prevention and health education. Services are available Monday through Friday, and eligibility requirements include persons of Native American ancestry, expectant mothers, and certain non-Native individuals residing in Native American households.
