MOVE! Weight Management Program in Mounds, OK is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to annually screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management options that suit their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of resources, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that provides in-home messaging and clinician support as needed. Veterans also have access to our MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, as well as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges despite participating in the MOVE! program. We invite all Veterans interested in weight loss to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to learn how they can join and take a step toward better health.
