MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in Okmulgee, OK, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and offered tailored solutions to fit their unique needs. We provide a variety of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, allowing for in-home support. Veterans who prefer self-management can access the MOVE! Coach mobile app. For those who need additional assistance, we also offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
