Located in Piedmont, OK, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with dysphagia by providing essential resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to ensure that low-income individuals facing swallowing difficulties receive not only the necessary nutritional support but also the tools required for better oral care and therapeutic intervention.
