MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Sallisaw, OK, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management solutions. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and referred to personalized weight management services tailored to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to assist in weight management. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have not found success through traditional methods.
