The Meal Support Program in Spencer, OK, provides essential, free meal support designed specifically for individuals over 16 engaged in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program creates a welcoming and supportive environment through live, facilitated virtual group meals, offering a safe space for participants to enjoy nutrition while receiving compassionate support. With sessions scheduled four times daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—participants can join as fits their schedules, maximizing their recovery journey.
