The Meal Support Program in Stigler, OK, is dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey to eating disorder recovery through free and accessible meal support sessions. Geared towards those over 16 at the outpatient level of care, this program provides a welcoming and safe environment where participants can engage in live, facilitated virtual group meals. Sessions are offered four times daily, allowing attendees to choose times that fit their schedules for both lunch and dinner. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring professional support during meals.
