The Meal Support Program in Tecumseh, OK, is dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals designed to create a nurturing atmosphere where participants can enjoy food while receiving the necessary support. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can choose the times that best fit their schedules. Each meal support session is led by nutrition practitioners who are part of the Clinician's Incubator training program, working toward their Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification. While we focus on meal support to help foster healing through nutrition, we encourage those in need of urgent care or crisis intervention to seek immediate assistance through crisis text lines or emergency services.
