Located in Albion, RI, the School-Based Health Center is dedicated to serving adolescents through a comprehensive range of health services. Our mission is to empower young individuals to achieve better health outcomes by providing prevention programs that focus on obesity management, nutritional education, family planning, STD screening, and behavioral health counseling. We also offer dental screenings and both preventive and episodic care to support the holistic health of our youth. We warmly welcome families to visit our center to learn more about the resources available to promote the well-being of their children.
