MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Ashaway, RI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities by providing essential screenings for obesity, personalized weight management options, and a variety of treatment pathways tailored to meet individual preferences and needs. Participants can choose from engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, or our innovative TeleMOVE! in-home support to facilitate their weight loss journey. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app offers a flexible solution. We also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges after engaging with MOVE!.
