Our Family Support team is dedicated to providing accurate information and comprehensive resources during the critical time after diagnosis, ensuring that families have the tools they need to navigate this journey. We offer a range of services including parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management support, and assistance with Medicaid applications, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) appeals.
