Located in Central Falls, RI, Cancer Transitions is an innovative, evidence-based program designed to empower cancer survivors who have recently completed treatment. While particularly beneficial for those who have finished treatment within the last 24 months, our resources and support extend to all survivors, ensuring they receive the guidance they need at any stage of their journey. We offer comprehensive services including nutritional support to promote healthy eating, customized exercise plans to foster physical well-being, and essential education on emotional health and medical management, all aimed at enhancing the quality of life for cancer survivors as they transition into a new phase of survivorship.
