The Community Health Network Program, offered by the Rhode Island Parent Information Network (RIPIN), serves the residents of Central Falls, RI by providing a comprehensive referral system that connects individuals to evidenced-based health programs tailored to their needs. Our mission is to empower clients to take charge of their health and enhance their self-sufficiency through a range of services, including system navigation, health education, and access to workshops and classes on various health topics. We support individuals facing conditions such as arthritis, pre-diabetes, diabetes, asthma, heart disease, depression, balance issues, and tobacco use. With many free or reduced-cost classes available, we strive to make health education accessible to everyone in our community.
