Located in Chepachet, Rhode Island, the Community Health Network Program, part of the Rhode Island Parent Information Network (RIPIN), is dedicated to empowering individuals to take charge of their health through a comprehensive referral system to evidence-based programs. Our aim is to connect clients with essential health resources, offering personalized support and navigation through complex systems. We provide a range of health education classes and workshops that cover vital topics including arthritis, pre-diabetes, diabetes, asthma, heart disease, depression, balance, and tobacco use, all designed to enhance self-sufficiency. Many of our classes are offered free or at a reduced cost, ensuring that everyone can access the tools they need to improve their well-being and manage their health conditions effectively.
