Rhode Island WIC is committed to promoting healthy food habits among low-income pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and infants and children up to five years old in Cranston, RI. Our comprehensive Women, Infants, and Children Supplemental Food Program offers essential services, including nutrition education, supplemental food provisions, breastfeeding support, and referrals to vital medical and social services. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adapted our services to ensure the safety of clients and staff by implementing remote service options and directly mailing benefits or adding them to eWIC cards.
