Cancer Transitions is a supportive and evidence-based program located in Cumberland, RI, designed specifically for cancer survivors who have recently completed their treatment. Tailored for individuals who finished their treatment within the last 24 months, this initiative offers essential resources that can benefit survivors at any stage of their journey. Participants gain access to nutritional support, customized exercise programs, emotional health education, and guidance on medical management.
