Located in East Greenwich, RI, the Family Assistance Center is dedicated to supporting families of National Guard members by offering essential services that address pressing needs. Our mission encompasses comprehensive case management, financial assistance, and a vital food pantry, ensuring families have access to emergency food resources. We also provide financial counseling, TRICARE information, legal guidance, and support in navigating benefits, while offering non-medical crisis intervention and behavioral health support. Additionally, we extend our services to veterans, connecting them with valuable resources and referrals. Our office operates by appointment only, ensuring personalized assistance for every individual we serve.
