MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans in East Greenwich, RI, by offering comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Through a variety of services like group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, the innovative TeleMOVE! program that allows for remote support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-guided weight management, we empower Veterans on their journey to better health. For those facing persistent weight challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
