Located in East Providence, RI, the Basic Needs Pantry is dedicated to supporting the local LGBTQI youth community by providing essential resources during challenging times. Our mission is to ensure that struggling youth have access to vital goods, including food assistance, clothing, toiletries, and school supplies, all available at no cost on a weekly basis. We welcome youth to visit us every Wednesday from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for walk-in services, and for those needing assistance outside of these hours, an easy online request form is available to facilitate help. At the Basic Needs Pantry, we believe that every young person deserves the support and resources to thrive.
