MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in East Providence, RI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through specialized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and offered an array of individualized treatment options tailored to their unique needs and preferences. Our comprehensive program includes group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-guided management. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery, ensuring that every participant has the resources to achieve their health goals.
