About Independent Aging and Living Support Services Program

Located in Fiskeville, RI, the Independent Aging and Living Support Services Program is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors in Washington County, East and West Greenwich, and Jamestown. Our mission is to provide invaluable support to older adults through essential services including transportation to healthcare appointments and grocery stores, as well as food delivery and Meals on Wheels. We also offer compassionate visitations for isolated individuals, ensuring they feel connected and cared for. Beyond these services, we assist with limited minor home repairs, yard clean-up, and snow removal for seniors aged 90 and above who do not have family support. Partnering with the RI State Division of Elderly Affairs, we facilitate the Senior Companion Program, which engages senior volunteers aged 60 and above, providing them with an opportunity to give back while receiving a stipend for their commitment. Our aim is to foster independence and support for seniors, allowing them to live fulfilling lives in their own communities.
