Cancer Transitions is a compassionate, evidence-based program located in Forestdale, RI, designed specifically for individuals who have navigated the journey of any cancer diagnosis and completed their treatment. While the primary focus is on survivors within 24 months post-treatment, we welcome and support anyone at any stage of their survivorship. Our comprehensive program offers vital nutritional support, personalized exercise plans, and valuable education on medical management, along with emotional health resources to empower our participants as they reclaim their lives and well-being after cancer.
