The Family Assistance Center, located in Forestdale, RI, is dedicated to uplifting families of National Guard members through a comprehensive array of essential services. We offer case management, financial assistance, food pantry access, financial counseling, and crucial information about TRICARE and veteran benefits. Our mission is to provide non-medical crisis intervention and behavioral health support to help navigate the challenges faced by these families. Additionally, we extend our services to veterans by offering referrals and connecting them with vital resources.
