Located in Foster, Rhode Island, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing critical food assistance and resources to low-income individuals facing dysphagia. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for those with swallowing difficulties by offering essential items such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
