Cancer Transitions is a supportive program based in Greene, RI, designed specifically for survivors of any cancer diagnosis who have recently completed treatment. Although primarily geared towards individuals who finished their treatment within the last 24 months, the program offers valuable resources and benefits to survivors at any point in their journey. Through a holistic approach, Cancer Transitions provides essential nutritional support, personalized exercise plans, emotional health education, and guidance on medical management. Our mission is to empower cancer survivors with the tools they need to thrive in their survivorship, fostering a sense of community and well-being.
