About Independent Aging and Living Support Services Program
The Independent Aging and Living Support Services Program in Greenville, RI, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors by offering vital services tailored for residents of Washington County, East and West Greenwich, and Jamestown. We provide essential transportation to healthcare appointments and grocery stores, along with food assistance through our meals on wheels and food delivery services. Our caring team also reaches out to isolated individuals through friendly visitations. Additionally, we assist with minor home repairs, yard maintenance, and snow removal for seniors aged 90 and above who lack family support. In partnership with the RI State Division of Elderly Affairs, we facilitate the Senior Companion Program, enabling seniors to engage in meaningful volunteer work while receiving a stipend. Our mission is to empower seniors to live independently and comfortably within their community, ensuring they receive the support they need.
