Located in Harrisville, RI, Cancer Transitions offers a compassionate, evidence-based program designed to support survivors of all cancer diagnoses who have recently completed treatment. While aimed at individuals who have finished their treatment within the last 24 months, our services can also assist those further along in their survivorship journey. Our comprehensive program includes nutritional guidance to promote recovery, customized exercise plans tailored to individual needs, emotional health education and support, as well as medical management information to empower survivors to take charge of their health.
