Basic Needs Assistance, operated by the Society of St. Vincent de Paul at St. Joseph Church in Hope Valley, RI, is dedicated to providing essential support to individuals and families in need. Our mission centers around addressing urgent basic needs through our comprehensive food pantry, which offers emergency food assistance to those facing hardships. In addition, we conduct in-home visits to assess how we can further assist clients, potentially providing clothing, financial assistance, and help with housing costs. We are committed to ensuring that everyone in our community has access to these vital resources, though both our food pantry and in-home visits are available by appointment only.
