The Home-Delivered Meal Program in Hope, RI, is dedicated to ensuring that homebound older adults receive the nourishment they need to thrive. Through our partnership with Meals On Wheels, we provide a hot meal every weekday to those unable to prepare food due to chronic illness or disabilities. We understand the urgency of proper nutrition, and we welcome referrals from doctors, family, and friends. Participants can easily sign up by completing our referral form, available online or through fax and mail. While we suggest a donation of $3.00 per meal, it’s important to note that all eligible individuals will receive meals regardless of their ability to contribute.
