At Rhode Island WIC in Hope, we are dedicated to supporting low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as children from birth to five years, by fostering healthy food habits and promoting wellness. Our Women, Infants, and Children Supplemental Food Program offers comprehensive nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, breastfeeding support, and essential referrals to medical and social services within the community. In response to COVID-19, we have adapted our services to prioritize health and safety by providing remote consultations and facilitating the distribution of benefits through eWIC card enhancements or mail.
