Be Safe, a program by Family Service of Rhode Island, is dedicated to supporting the health and safety of the Johnston community amid the COVID-19 pandemic. We provide essential supplies, including fresh groceries, cleaning supplies, and personal protective equipment (PPE), to those in need, particularly socially isolated seniors, individuals with chronic illnesses and disabilities, and families with children. Our mission is to ensure that everyone can safeguard themselves against the virus while minimizing transmission risk. We offer no-contact home deliveries, so our trusted drivers place your packages at your door and notify you by phone upon arrival, enabling you to access the resources you need safely and conveniently.
