Located in Johnston, RI, our Diabetes and Endocrine Disorders in Pregnancy Program is dedicated to providing specialized care for women facing pregestational or gestational diabetes and other endocrine disorders, ensuring a healthy pregnancy journey. Our collaborative approach involves partnering with your obstetric provider to facilitate education about your diagnosis and to effectively manage your treatment plan. We offer a comprehensive range of services including nutrition counseling from a clinical dietitian, diabetes education by a certified RN, glucose meter and insulin administration instruction, fetal ultrasounds, and maternal-fetal medicine consultations. Additionally, we provide a one-time physician consultation prior to or during pregnancy, along with co-management of diabetes and endocrine disorders during pregnancy and the postpartum period. With a physician available 24/7, we are here to support you every step of the way.
