Downtown Food Pantry, located in Manville, RI, is dedicated to addressing food insecurity in the greater Providence area by providing essential food assistance to those in need. Our welcoming food pantry allows guests to visit twice a month, where they can shop from our shelves, empowering them with the 'client choice' model to select the food that best meets their family's needs. In addition to our regular services, we distribute specialized boxes of emergency food during the summer months to support children who rely on school lunches when school is out. At Downtown Food Pantry, we believe in nourishing both bodies and minds, ensuring that everyone has access to the food necessary for a healthier, brighter future.
