MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in North Scituate, RI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and provided with personalized referrals to effective weight management services. We offer a variety of options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. Veterans who prefer a self-directed approach can utilize our MOVE! Coach mobile app, while those facing ongoing challenges may access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after participating in our program.
