The Independent Aging and Living Support Services Program in Pascoag, RI, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors in Washington County, East & West Greenwich, and Jamestown. Our mission centers on providing essential support through reliable transportation to healthcare appointments and grocery stores, as well as convenient food delivery and Meals on Wheels services. In addition to these vital services, we coordinate limited minor home repairs, yard clean-up, and snow removal for our elderly residents aged 90 and older who lack family assistance. Partnering with the RI State Division of Elderly Affairs, we actively engage senior volunteers in the Senior Companion Program, allowing them to contribute 15 to 20 hours weekly while receiving a stipend. Through these comprehensive services, we strive to empower our senior community, ensuring they maintain their independence and dignity.
