Clinica Esperanza/Hope Clinic provides essential free primary medical care for residents of Rhode Island who lack health insurance, with a dedicated emphasis on Spanish-speaking individuals and culturally sensitive care. Our mission is to empower our patients through prevention and health maintenance, equipping them with the necessary tools to enhance their quality of life. Our comprehensive services include pre-employment physicals, treatment for minor medical issues like skin rashes, urinary infections, and cold symptoms, as well as chronic disease management for conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and heart disease. We offer a range of women's health services, including STD screenings and obstetrical care, in addition to counseling on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and navigating healthcare resources. Vaccinations are also available, including MMR, TDAP, and flu shots, alongside follow-up medical visits. We warmly invite individuals in need of medical assistance to visit our CHEER Walk In Non-Urgent Care clinic, operating Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 5 PM and Saturday mornings from 9 AM to 12 PM, where patients are welcomed on a first-come, first-served basis.
