Located in Riverside, RI, the Diabetes and Endocrine Disorders in Pregnancy Program is dedicated to providing comprehensive, specialized care for women facing pregestational or gestational diabetes, as well as other endocrine disorders during pregnancy. Our mission is to ensure a healthy pregnancy through a collaborative approach that includes working closely with your obstetric provider. We offer a diverse range of services such as nutrition counseling tailored by clinical dietitians, diabetes education from registered nurses certified in diabetes education, glucose meter and insulin administration instruction, fetal ultrasounds, and maternal-fetal medicine consultations. Additionally, we provide a one-time physician consultation before or during pregnancy and co-management of diabetes and endocrine disorders throughout your pregnancy and the postpartum period. Our program makes it a priority to be accessible, with a physician available 24/7, ensuring that you receive the care and support needed every step of the way.
