About Independent Aging and Living Support Services Program
At the Independent Aging and Living Support Services Program in Rockville, RI, we are committed to enhancing the quality of life for seniors living in Washington County, East and West Greenwich, and Jamestown. Our mission is to provide essential services that promote independence and well-being for elderly residents. We offer transportation to health care appointments and grocery stores, as well as food delivery and Meals on Wheels services to ensure our clients have access to nutritious meals. In addition, we provide social visitations for those who may feel isolated. Our team also assists with minor home repairs, yard cleanup, and snow removal for individuals aged 90 and older without family support. Through collaboration with the RI State Division of Elderly Affairs, we facilitate the Senior Companion Program, enabling seniors to volunteer while receiving a stipend for their committed service. We strive to create caring connections and practical support for our aging community, ensuring they remain engaged and supported.
