MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Saunderstown, RI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities undergoes annual obesity screenings and is connected to suitable weight management resources. With a variety of care options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that offers in-home messaging and support, we cater to diverse preferences and needs. Our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to take charge of their weight management journey independently, while also providing access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who have not achieved their goals through our primary services.
