Located in Shannock, RI, the Family Assistance Center is dedicated to supporting the families of National Guard members and veterans by offering essential services that address their urgent needs. Our comprehensive program includes food assistance through our on-site food pantry, case management, financial assistance, and financial counseling to help families navigate their economic challenges. We also provide vital information on TRICARE, legal resources, and assistance in accessing benefits, as well as behavioral health support and non-medical crisis intervention. Though our office operates by appointment only, we welcome all eligible families and veterans to reach out for help and referrals to additional resources that promote stability and well-being in their lives.
