At the Independent Aging and Living Support Services Program in Shannock, RI, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors in Washington County, East and West Greenwich, and Jamestown. Our mission is to provide vital support through services such as transportation to healthcare appointments and grocery stores, food delivery, and Meals on Wheels. We also prioritize companionship by offering visitation to isolated individuals, helping combat loneliness. Additionally, we assist with essential minor home repairs, yard clean-up, and snow removal for residents aged 90 and above without family support. In partnership with the RI State Division of Elderly Affairs, we actively engage seniors aged 60 and above in our Senior Companion Program, offering a stipend for their commitment to serving others. Our compassionate team is here to ensure that every senior feels valued and connected within their community.
