Located in Slatersville, RI, the Community Health Network Program, offered by the Rhode Island Parent Information Network (RIPIN), is dedicated to empowering individuals through a robust referral system that connects them to essential, evidence-based health programs. Our mission is to help clients regain control over their health, fostering self-sufficiency through a variety of health education workshops and classes. We provide vital services including system navigation, personalized referrals, and access to resource materials, all aimed at addressing conditions such as arthritis, pre-diabetes, diabetes, asthma, heart disease, depression, balance issues, and tobacco use. Many of our classes and workshops are free or offered at a reduced cost, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to enhance their health and well-being.
