Based in Slatersville, RI, Be Kind RI is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to at-risk individuals and older adults while ensuring they can maintain social distancing during these challenging times. Our program connects community members with compassionate volunteers who facilitate reliable grocery and food deliveries. We aim to alleviate the stress of accessing vital nourishment without any fees for either requestors or volunteers; any costs are determined solely by the vendor, with no charge when using food pantries. We invite those in need to reach out and access our supportive services, standing together to ensure that no one faces food insecurity alone.
