Be Safe, a vital initiative from Family Service of Rhode Island located in Slocum, is dedicated to supporting the health and safety of our community during the COVID-19 pandemic. We provide essential food assistance, including fresh food and grocery deliveries, along with critical cleaning supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE) to socially isolated seniors, adults with chronic illnesses and disabilities, families with children, and others in need. Our no-contact delivery ensures that both drivers and recipients stay safe, with packages left at your door and notification provided via phone.
