Participants can access six informative e-booklets designed to address key aspects of diabetes management and receive a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and local resources, available in both English and Spanish. The program emphasizes community connection, offering information about local events and the opportunity to join our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where individuals can pose their questions directly to American Diabetes Association professionals, learn about the crucial link between diabetes and heart health, and receive valuable giveaways.
