Clinica Esperanza/Hope Clinic, located in Smithfield, RI, is dedicated to providing free primary medical care for residents without health insurance, prioritizing support for Spanish-speaking individuals and culturally sensitive care. Our mission revolves around prevention and long-term health maintenance, equipping our patients with essential tools to enhance their quality of life. We offer a wide range of services including pre-employment physicals, treatment for non-urgent medical concerns like skin rashes, urinary infections, colds, and sore throats, as well as the management of chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and heart disease. Our women’s health services encompass STD screenings, pregnancy tests, and obstetrical visits. In addition, we provide nutrition counseling, lifestyle modification support, medication adherence guidance, and help navigating healthcare resources. Immunizations for MMR, TDAP, Hepatitis A & B, pneumonia, and flu are also available. Patients are invited to visit our CHEER Walk In Non-Urgent Care clinic between 12 to 5 PM on weekdays and 9 AM to 12 PM on Saturday mornings, with services provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
