Located in Wakefield, RI, the Community Health Network Program, offered by the Rhode Island Parent Information Network (RIPIN), is dedicated to empowering individuals through access to essential health resources. We provide a centralized referral system that connects clients with evidence-based programs tailored to their needs, ensuring they receive the right support for conditions such as arthritis, pre-diabetes, asthma, heart disease, and mental health challenges. Our mission is to foster self-sufficiency and improved well-being by offering free or low-cost health education, workshops, and navigation services. Through our comprehensive resource book and various health classes, we aim to equip our community with the knowledge and tools necessary to take control of their health.
